Arcistar Bioenergy Pvt. Ltd. (“Arcistar”), a leading provider of innovative, modular, and site-assembled Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant technology and clean energy solutions in India, establishes these Terms and Conditions to govern all interactions with its website at www.arcistar.com, including site browsing, business enquiries, product/brochure downloads, technical information access, and preliminary commercial communications.

These terms ensure clarity, operational transparency, and legal protection for both Arcistar and its clients, prospective partners, and web visitors.

By accessing or using the Arcistar website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you (the user, visitor, or potential business partner/client) and Arcistar Bioenergy Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the site.

Arcistar reserves the right to modify, update, or alter these terms at any time without prior written notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Users may access the website for legitimate informational and business enquiry purposes, such as reviewing Arcistar’s modular CBG plant designs, patented technology, feedstock capabilities (e.g., paddy straw, Napier grass, press mud), technical specifications, downloadable literature, and company contact information.

  • B2B Focus: The website is primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) interactions targeting plant developers, investors, industrial clients, agricultural enterprise leaders, energy sector contractors, and municipal bodies seeking clean bio-gas solutions.
  • Permitted Use: Personal, non-commercial research and legitimate business enquiries are permitted.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in automated scraping, data mining, systematic extraction, or reverse engineering of site features, proprietary modular layouts, or content. Any commercial exploitation of site content without prior written consent from Arcistar is strictly prohibited.

All content, materials, and digital assets on this website, including but not limited to plant schematics, product designs, technical specifications, text, imagery, video, logos, brand names, registered trademarks (e.g., Arcistar, Arciplug, Infistar), and marketing literature, are the exclusive property of Arcistar Bioenergy Pvt. All product and technical details published on the website, including biomethane yields, processing capacities, modular assembly timelines, feedstock compatibility, and performance metrics, are provided as general guidelines and promotional overviews only. They do not constitute binding commercial offers, performance guarantees, or formal warranties.

Actual engineering specifications, plant layouts, pricing, delivery schedules, and operational performance standards will be established exclusively through formal written proposals, commercial quotations, engineering agreements, or executed purchase contracts. Arcistar reserves the right to alter technical specifications and product lines without prior notice due to continuous R&D and technological upgrades.

Submitting an enquiry or contact form through www.arcistar.com initiates a commercial dialogue but does not create a binding sales contract or oblige Arcistar to supply equipment or services.

  • Commercial Execution: Formal supply and construction obligations arise only upon the execution of a written contract or official order acknowledgement signed by an authorized representative of Arcistar.
  • Payment Terms: Payment milestones, currencies (INR unless otherwise specified), and banking channels shall be governed by individual contract terms.
  • Cancellation & Title: Orders, cancellations, and title transfer of equipment, reactors, or modules shall strictly adhere to executed contractual agreements between Arcistar and the buyer.

Project delivery, equipment shipment, and site-assembly timelines provided on the site or in preliminary discussions are estimates.

  • Arcistar shall not be liable for project delays caused by supply chain disruptions, site readiness issues, regulatory approvals, or events of Force Majeure.
  • Risk of loss or damage to plant equipment transfers in accordance with the specific Incoterms or delivery terms outlined in the commercial agreement executed with the client.

Arcistar warrants its manufactured modular components and equipment against manufacturing defects in accordance with the terms specified in individual equipment supply or EPC contracts.

  • Exclusion of Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcistar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, plant downtime, lost gas yields, or business interruption, arising out of website use or reliance on web content.
  • Liability Cap: Any liability of Arcistar related to direct commercial sales shall be strictly capped at the net invoice value of the supplied goods or services, except in cases of proven wilful misconduct.

Arcistar shall be excused from performance of any online or offline obligations to the extent prevented or delayed by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, raw material shortages, supply chain halts, strikes, epidemics, or failure of public infrastructure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
